COVID-19 Update

To all our valued customers,

We at Air Industrial Resource wish to take a moment to thank you for your business and wish you the best as we all grapple with the challenges of the Coronavirus Pandemic. As I am sure many of you are aware the Kansas City Metro area will begin a “Stay at Home” program starting at midnight tonight for the next 30 days. We are working hard to ensure the continuation of our business in this unpredictable environment.

Our people and our community are emphasized in our company’s core values and are pillars of what we believe make us a better company. During this unprecedented time, our desire to collaborate with our community by protecting our team and customers’ wellbeing is our number one priority. We are continuing to review action plans to ensure everyone stays as safe as possible. We have implemented the steps recommended by the CDC including limiting staff and visitors to our location. We have started a program where our office-based team is able to work remotely from their home. We remain fully operational with our systems continuing to manage customer and vendor calls and emails. We want to ensure you that you will continue to receive the best possible support and assistance from our sales and service team members.

As always, afterhours and emergency calls are being answered and relayed to our service team members to take care of immediate issues.

We know our success is dependent on your success and we are committed to coming through this together in a partnership with you. We will do everything in our power to keep our customer service at a high level, and work to navigate any challenges we may encounter.
