Our AIR-Minder program includes the following:
Routinely, we will send a trained professional compressor mechanic to your plant to:
- Adjust all compressor controls to your specifications for maximum performance
- Check amp draws, operating temperatures, oil levels, and other vital signs
- Take oil samples for analysis quarterly
- Check air dryers, filters, condensate drains & etc. for proper operation
- Advise you immediately of any pending problems detected
- Notify you of routine maintenance work needed w/ cost estimate.
- Fill out our exclusive air system check sheet so that you have a permanent record of compressor condition.
Our Fee?
You will be charged a flat $80.00 for the first two compressors & $40.00 for each additional compressor, plus, a travel fee based on $1.00 / mile one-way.
